Selected work
Capital equipment, software, AI/ML, and consumables, carried from first customer discovery through FDA strategy, launch, and hospital adoption.
First product hire. Built the product organization across product, design, clinical, regulatory, and quality, and led the launch of an EHR-integrated AI sepsis product at Cleveland Clinic and LifeBridge Health, health systems of 1,000+ beds each. Developed the FDA De Novo strategy and secured Breakthrough Device Designation.
Lead product for future robotic-surgery platforms and clinical AI, spanning da Vinci multiport systems, software, AI/ML, and the compute portfolio. Built and lead a team of five product managers driving roadmap across 100+ engineering contributors. Developed the company-wide strategic planning process built around surgeon needs, problem areas, and customer clusters, presented to the CEO and executive leadership every six weeks.
Led zero-to-one cardiovascular imaging and physiology products from concept through launch, including CORE M2, which delivered $3M in first-year sales and created a new $500M annual market. Co-inventor on an iFR coronary physiology patent that anchored a $25M+ business vertical and helped move the field beyond hyperemia-dependent measurement.
Launched Penumbra's first coronary mechanical thrombectomy product, generating $15M in first-year revenue. Led a 30-person cross-functional launch team and took an interventional device from development into cath-lab adoption while building the commercial launch playbook alongside clinical teams.
Advisory focus
The strongest fit is a team that needs product judgment across customer discovery, clinical workflow, AI capability, regulatory strategy, launch, and adoption.
Define AI products around clinician workflows, not just model capability: evaluation loops, trust mechanisms, and adoption metrics that survive real hospital deployment.
Use regulatory strategy as a product lever. Shape the roadmap around FDA, safety, evidence, and claims constraints early enough to avoid late-stage surprises.
Move from pilot enthusiasm to repeatable implementation: training, launch, value proof, and executive buyer alignment inside health systems.
Build product functions from zero: discovery cadence, roadmap discipline, and the PM leadership founder-led teams need to scale.

The lab
Fifteen years in product hasn’t made me stop shipping. Each of these is a real product with a real user, a roadmap, and a release history. I use them daily and build them with the same discipline I bring to clinical products.
Founding member and programs leader at Women Defining AI, and volunteer product builder for the platform serving its community of 2,000+ women building AI fluency. I ship production features end to end: event tooling, resource classification, and instructor guides, in a steady stream of merged PRs, most turned around in under 20 minutes using agentic workflows.
A local-first knowledge base for articles, videos, and ideas worth finding again: capture, triage, search, and synthesis over plain Markdown files that stay the source of truth. Versioned releases, with an MIT-licensed engine built for others to run.
An agent-first career operating system built on Claude Code: connected job-search and development loops, opportunity scorecards, and coaching modes, with a public engine kept cleanly separate from private data.
FamilyOS and Tradclaw: hands-on experiments running real household operations through Claude-powered agents, to understand where agentic workflows hold up and where they break.
